This a case of PCOD with irregular menses. M.Y.N.J female 31 years came for the consultation of pain swelling parotid,with irrefular menses and left sided complaints. Observation is that she is loquacious, obese, magnetizing personality, craves air. I gave her a dose of LACH 200c, Even through some other remedies are repeated according to symptoms.
