A shop keeper 40 male suffering from pain in both testes, history of injury. Swelling testes and pain. A dose of arnica 30c relieved his testes pain mostly. A dose of Calcarea carb 200c is repeated which yielded further improvement. Arnica works well in cases of soft part injuries and internal haemorrhages. Sore bruised pain is the indication for arnica.
